Ronna Sears-Fritz - Program Specialist
Ronna Sears-Fritz is a program specialist for the North Omaha Pilot Project and works primarily with the following seventh grade groups:

• Kangaroo Crew at McMillan Middle
• Cool Crew at Monroe Middle

Ronna says the best part of her job is working with others in the community to make a difference in students lives and of course spending time with the students!  Ronna received her bachelor’s degree in Education and Human Service and also has her teaching endorsement at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.  She is also currently pursuing a dual master’s degree in Social Work and Public Administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. 

When she is not working or studying, Ronna loves to run and play sports outside with her kids and her husband.  Ronna also enjoys reading and spending quality time with her family.
